Parmesan, Pesto, and Sun-Dried Tomato Toasts

Very easy and quick if you use prepared ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 baguettes
  • 1 6 or 8 oz jar pesto sauce
  • 1 6 to 8 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes
  • Parmesan Cheese grated (not powdered)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice the baguette into 1/2 to 1 inch thick slices. Spread a thin coating of pesto sauce onto each. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the pesto. Top with a few pieces of sun-dried tomato. Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
