Marinated Mushrooms

Great served over steak, although I don't cook beef any more so may try it with chicken bouillon and white wine, and serve over chicken or fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms, washed and chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tsp beef bouillon
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • 1 c red wine

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine. Add bouillon, onion, garlic powder and pepper. Summer mushrooms until soft; add wine. Simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
