Ingredients

  • 1 bunch red ace beets
  • 1 bunch carrots
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • ground ginger to taste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Shred beets and carrots and toss in oil, vinegar, honey, and spices. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. That's all!
