Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned black beans
- 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 6oz jar artichoke hearts, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, blend together the beans, garlic, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper until coarse. Stir in the artichoke hearts. Serve chilled.
