Artichoke and Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned black beans
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 6oz jar artichoke hearts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, blend together the beans, garlic, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper until coarse. Stir in the artichoke hearts. Serve chilled.
