Carrots Moroccan

Ingredients

  • 1 . Carrots, 4 medium or 3/4# baby, sliced
  • 2 . 1 Cup orange juice
  • 3 . 1/2 tsp coriander, ground
  • 4 . 1/2 tsp cumin, ground
  • 5 . 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 . 1 pinch sugar
  • 7 . 1 tbs butter
  • 7 . salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook carrots in salted boiling water for 10-15 min
2. In large skillet combine carrots, orange juice, cumin,
coriander, and cinnamon. Simmer over moderate
heat until tender.
3. Remoce from heat, add sugar and butter stir.
4. Salt to taste.
