Ingredients
- 8 oz of uncooked Rigatoni
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 1 box thawed chopped spinach
- 3 Cups cooked cubed chicken
- 1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 1 8oz chive/onion cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- 6 oz mozarella
- chopped roasted bell pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook past and cook spinach and drain.
saute onions
add all into a bowl and stir.
Place in a baking dish.
Cover with Cheese
Cook covered 30 min and uncover for 15 min.
Bake at375*
