Chicken and Spinach Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of uncooked Rigatoni
  • 1 Cup chopped onion
  • 1 box thawed chopped spinach
  • 3 Cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 1 8oz chive/onion cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 oz mozarella
  • chopped roasted bell pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook past and cook spinach and drain.

saute onions

add all into a bowl and stir.

Place in a baking dish.

Cover with Cheese

Cook covered 30 min and uncover for 15 min.
