Ingredients
- 1 pkg refrigerated fully cooked beef pot roast in gravy or beef tips in gravy
- 1 Tbs vegetable oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 pouch teriyaki ready to serve rice
- 2 Tbs water
- 1 Tbs hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbs sliced green onions
- 1 Tbs minced fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and discard gravy from beef; cut roast into 1in pieces. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add mushroom; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
Crumble rice in bag. Add rice, beef, water, hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Cover and cook over medium heat 3-5min or until mixture is heated through. Stir in green onion and basil; serve immediately.
