Irish Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 10 medium potatoes, mashed
• 6 oz cream cheese, whipped
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1/4 c green onion tips
• salt to taste (approx 1 T)
• 1 stick melted butter
• 1 minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Whip everything together. Grease large, heavy casserole dish. Pour into mixture- sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
