Ingredients
- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter (or more)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in a sucepan and cover with warm water.
Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 min or until very tender.
Drain well.
Add milk, butter, salt & pepper; mash until light and fluffy.
