Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 8 1/2 oz pkg. corn bread mix
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 15 1/4 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 14 3/4 oz. can cream-style corn

Preparation

Step 1

In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the sour cream. Gradually add corn bread mix alternately with milk. Fold in the corn.
Pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 ˚ for 45-50 minutes and lightly browned.
