Ingredients
- 2-3 yellow squash
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 T. bread crumbs
- 2 T. parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Slice squash into 1/2 inch slices. Steam slices for 6 minutes. Place squash in casserole dish.
Heat cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter and salt over low heat until melted. Pour over squash. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together and sprinkle over squash.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
