Lemon Cake
3 eggs for a whole cake or 2 eggs for half a cake (2 quart or 9 inch)
½ cup of brown sugar and ½ cup butter melted in pan while preparing cake
Pineapple rings
Cherries (optional)
Carrot/ zucchini/ cabbage/ yam etc to bulk up the cake

Preparation

Directions
1.Melt and mix the butter and brown sugar in the bottom of the pan.
2.Using a separate bowl, mix all the vegetables with cake mix: 1.5 cups of veggies to one whole cake.
3.Place pineapple rings on melted butter and sugar mixture. Then put batter on top.
4.Cook on medium until vapo valve clicks, then turn to low. Takes about 20 minutes for a whole cake in 11 inch or 10 minutes in the 2 quart after it clicks.
