Ingredients
- 175 g baby leeks, washed and trimmed
- 3 x 15ml Tbspns veg stock
- 40 g stilton cheese, crumbled
- 15 g fresh white bread crumbs
- 25 g chopped hazelnuts
- alt, pepper,
- 1/2 Tbspn chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange leeks in oven-proof dish, pour over stock, cover and bake in prep oven at 190C for 15 min.
Mix remaining ingredients, sprinkle over leeks and bake uncovered for a further 15 min.
