  • 1/4 C. PLUS 2 TB. MAYONNAISE
  • 1 1/2 TB. WHITE WINE VINEGAR
  • 3/4 C. (3 OZ. CRUMBLED MILD BLUE CHEESE
  • 2 1/2 C. DICED CHICKEN
  • 1/4 C. DRIED CHEERIES, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
  • 2 CELERY RIBS, FINELY DICED
  • SALT AND PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

WHISK MAYONNAISE AND VINEGAR. GOLD IN BLUE CHEESE, ADD CHICKEN, DRIED CHERRIES AND CELERY: FOLD GENTLY. SALT AND PEPPER AND CHILL AND SERVE.
