Ingredients
- 8 oz sausage
- Olive Oil
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 red pepper, sliced thin
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lbs green beans
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Prehead oven to 425*. Sautee sausage until browned. Set aside in separate dish. Sautee onion and red bell pepper in olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until soft. Stir in tomatoes. Cook over medium-low heat for 7-8 minutes. Cut creen beans and add, cook 3 minutes. Stir in sausage. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until green beans are tender.
