Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pit removed
- 1/2 c soy, hemp or almond milk
- 4 T natural cocoa powder
- 6 dates, pitted
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- Berries, optional
- Whipped topping, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in a high powdered blender, adding a little extra milk if needed to process. Spoon into four bowls and add berries and a dollop of whipped topping, if using, and serve.
