White Beans & Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 T olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • pkg mushrooms
  • 1 can cannelli beans, drained
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. stock to deglaze

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly saute garlic, add pepper flakes and then add sliced mushrooms. Cook to a deep color. Add cannelli beans and black pepper to taste. Add vinegar and cook down. Add stock to deglaze.
