Ingredients
- 1.5 C canned pumpkin
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 1 6oz can evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Thouroughly combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices. Add eggs, milk, evaporated milk and blend. Pour into prepared pie crusts. bake for 10 minutes at 450, then 50 minutes at 325 or until mix does not adhere to a knife.
Note- For 3 pies 2 large cans of pumpkin. double all other ingredients except ginger.
whip cream- heavy cream, sugar to taste until it reaches desired thickness.
