Mushroom Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8ozs) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pint fresh mushrooms (about 2 cups)
  • 3 Tbls butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp fine herbs (or Italian seasoning)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Separate dough into triangles and place on a 13" stone with points in center.

Press crescent roll dough together using hands and pinch seams together.

Slice mushrooms - toss and butter.

Arrange on top of dough.

Sprinkle with cheese and herbs.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cut into wedges or squares and serve warm.
