Pimento Cheese and Bacon Crostini

Ingredients

  • 5 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar
  • 7 oz jar pimentos, drained and finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch cayenne
  • crumbled bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except bacon.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Spread onto toast and top with crumbled bacon.

Bake at 400 degrees for 2 minutes
