Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 3 cups water
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice.
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar dissolves.
Sprinkle over rice evenly with a wooden spoon to break up the lumps.
Cover with a damp cloth to prevent the rice from drying out.
