Ingredients

    tbsp rice vinegar

    tbsp sugar

    tsp salt

Directions

Cook rice. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar dissolves. Sprinkle over rice evenly with a wooden spoon to break up the lumps. Cover with a damp cloth to prevent the rice from drying out.
