FRENCH PASTRY BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 C eagle brand
  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 3 6oz pkg choc chips
  • 1 C merichino cherries, chopped
  • 4 C chopped pecans
  • 1 Can coconut
  • 4 oz paraffin

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and mix w/eagle brand. Add powdered sugar, cherries, nuts, coconut. Mix well
Pour on cookie sheet and chill.
Roll into balls, chill
Melt choc chips and paraffin
Dunk balls into choc.
Makes 13 dozen
