beef stroganof

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 lb round steak
• 1-1/2 cups of beef broth
• 1 packet onion soup mix
• 1 can cream mushroom soup
• 1/2 c sour cream
• egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

combine all ingredients (except for noodles) in a oven safe pot. Bake (covered) for 2-3 hrs.

Serve over egg noodles
