Ingredients
- 4 cups cauliflower florets (500 g/1 lb.)
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 90 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1/2 cup)
- 3/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup whole grain cereal flakes with cranberries and almonds
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place cauliflower in 8- or 9-inch square baking dish.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Top with Velveeta and Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with cereal.
BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until topping is golden brown.

SubstituteSubstitute broccoli florets for the cauliflower florets.
Make AheadPrepare casserole as directed except for baking. Cover and refrigerate up to 30 min. Uncover, then bake as directed.
