Chermoula

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches cilantro, remove some of the stems
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp toasted cumin, ground
  • pinch of saffron rehydrated in hot water
  • A/N Olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 chile arbol, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tbl. Salt

Step 1

Process all ingredients to a paste in a mortar & pestle or blender
