Ingredients
- 2 bunches cilantro, remove some of the stems
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp toasted cumin, ground
- pinch of saffron rehydrated in hot water
- A/N Olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 chile arbol, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbl. Salt
