Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil [Tastefully Simple]
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts - diced
- 1 tsp. Onion Onion [Tastefully Simple]
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp. Garlic Garlic [Tastefully Simple]
- 1 oz. angel hair pasta
- 14.5 oz. chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix [Tastefully Simple]
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of the oil. Cook chicken until browned; about 4-6 minutes. Stir in Onion Onion and seasoned salt; remove from pan and set aside.
In same skillet, heat 2 tbsp of the oil and Garlic Garlic - add back in chicken and add chicken broth. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
While this simmers, use a large kettle to cook pasta as instructed on package and add remaining 2 tbsp. of oil to boiling water water before adding the pasta.
Drain and toss pasta into chicken mix. Stir in cheese and Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto.
