No-Cook Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs fresh tomatoes
  • 25 leaves of fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Pulverize one tomato in a food processor.
Chop the rest of the tomatoes into small pieces.
Add minced garlic, torn basil leaves, pulverized tomato, and the chopped tomatoes.

Sit all at room temperature, and serve over pasta.
