White Country Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 tbls flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbls butter
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter and mix in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then turn temperature down to low and cook for another 5 minutes, until thick.
