Ingredients
- 1 32 oz. pkg. O'Brien-style frozen potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 ounces grated cheese, of choice
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cornflakes crumbs and butter. Pour into a 9"x 11" baking dish and sprinkle with crumbs and melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
