Veal Marsala

Ingredients

  • 4 veal steaks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle veal steaks with salt & pepper.
Dredge them in flour.
Heat 3 T butter in a frying pan
Brown the veal steaks.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir the wine and water into the pan drippings.
Cover and simmer all for about 45 minutes.

Serve with rice or pasta.
