Chicken Stock

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Pieces of celery

Preparation

Step 1

Place all food raw or roasted chicken in stock pot cover with water and bring to a boil let simmer for 2 hours keep at low boil. Strain the fat off top during cooking. let cool on stove after straining then refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze.
