Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash vanilla
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Slowly add milk and flour.
Pour a small amount into a heated, we'l-oiled frying pan, tipping the pan to spread the batter out. Cook until no longer runny. DO NOT FLIP.
Remove pancake from pan. Spread with a stick of butter then sprinkle on a cinnamon/powdered sugar moisture. Roll up. Repeat until all batter is used up. Enjoy!
