Ingredients

    eggs

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 2

    tbsp sugar

  • 1

    dash salt

  • 1

    dash nutmeg

  • 1

    dash vanilla

  • 1

    cup flour

Directions

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla. Slowly add milk and flour. Pour a small amount into a heated, we'l-oiled frying pan, tipping the pan to spread the batter out. Cook until no longer runny. DO NOT FLIP. Remove pancake from pan. Spread with a stick of butter then sprinkle on a cinnamon/powdered sugar moisture. Roll up. Repeat until all batter is used up. Enjoy!
