Ingredients

  • 1 pack ready to cook string beans (large pack)
  • 2 containers of small red potatos
  • 1/2 red onion sliced thin
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Cook string beans, but keep them firm.

Cook potatoes, drain and let cool.

Drain and add the dressing of balsamic vinegar, olive mixture. oil, garlic powder, pepper, salt and oregano to taste.
