Pot Roast Crock-pot

Ingredients

  • 3 pound beef roast such as chuck roast
  • 1 envelope of dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 envelope of dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 envelope of dry brown gravy mix
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve the three mixes into the water and pour over roast. Slow cook 6-8 hours.

Can add vegetables if wanted (potatoes, carrots, onion)
