Cheesy Chicken and Vegetables (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 3/4 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Place the vegetables, soup and wine in the crock pot. Stir well to combine and add the chicken breasts, spooning the vegetables and sauce over the c hicken. Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hrs or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
