Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms cleaned and stems removed and reserved
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions

Preparation

Step 1

Take mushroom stems and finely chop. Saute stems and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients, mixing well. Fill mushroom caps. Place in oven proof dish and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
