Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, coarsely chopped and cooked
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, brown the meat and bacon; drain.
2. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, pickles, salt and pepper.
3. Add the cheese cubes and heat just until the cheese starts to melt but isn't completely incorporated with the meat mixture. You want pockets of melted cheese.
4. Just before serving, stir in the onion and tomato.
