Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • PASTE:
  • 1 pork loin
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 2 T mustard
  • 2 T Montreal steak seasoning

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix 3 ingredients for paste. Rube all over pork loin and then place in dish to fit.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 450. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for another 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 15 minutes before slicing. Best is eaten immediately.
