Egg Souffle

Ingredients

  • 6 slices buttered bread, cubed
  • 3/4 lb grated cheese
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine:
4 beaten eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt

Alternate in layers:
Bread - Cheese - Mushrooms
pour liquid over top
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 hour, uncovered at 350
