Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat (claw)
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 G mayonaise
  • 1 teas Old Bay seasoning
  • 3 teas lemon juice
  • 1 T Worcheshire Sauce
  • 1 teas dry mustard
  • 2 T finely chopped parsley
  • 2 T finely chopped pepper
  • 2 T finely chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with crab and crumbs. Shape into patties and refrigerate.
Saute in butter/oil. Serve with corn salsa.
