Ingredients
- 1 can crab meat (claw)
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 G mayonaise
- 1 teas Old Bay seasoning
- 3 teas lemon juice
- 1 T Worcheshire Sauce
- 1 teas dry mustard
- 2 T finely chopped parsley
- 2 T finely chopped pepper
- 2 T finely chopped green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients with crab and crumbs. Shape into patties and refrigerate.
Saute in butter/oil. Serve with corn salsa.
