Ingredients
- 1 pound hot sausage
- 1 1/2 (6 oz) cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 (6 oz) cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 1 Jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
- 1 (12 0z) package Wonton wrappers ( 3 1/2" squares)
Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350.
Brown sausage and drain. Combine sausage with cheeses, dressing, olives and peppers, mixing well. Set aside.
Coat mini muffin tins with Pam, place wrapper in muffin tin slot. Create a fluted shape with fingers. Spray wrappers lightly with Pam. Bake 6 minutes, turning once.
Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of sausage mix into each wrapper.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until browned or thoroughly heated.
Makes 3 dozen cups
