Ingredients

• 1 lb Zucchini
• 1 lge Onion
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 4 Eggs
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1/4 packet of Sweet & Low

Preparation

Step 1

Peel & grate Zucchini, mix all ingredients and pour into
10 inch pie pan.
Bake 350 deg. 45 mins.
