Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Roma Tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic crushed
  • Basil, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, sprinkle with olive oil and garlic salt

Slice sourdough baguette, drizzle with olive oil and place under broiler until lightly browned.

Serve with tomato mixture.
