Ingredients
- 5 -short ribs
- 1 -onion chopped
- 2 -stalks celery chopped
- 2-3 carrots cut small
- 2-cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1-TBS worcestershire
- salt-pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ribs in evoo and place all ingreds in crock pot--
Cook on high 1 hour and then low for 6-8 hours-
Serve with wide noodles-
