Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 large can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of anything soup
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 tsp thyme or sage, or both :)
  • 2 sheets prepackaged pie crust
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish with a sheet of the pie crust.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bown and pour into the crust.
Top with other crust, seal the edges and cut off the excess. Cut a small slit in the top to vent.
Bake for about 50 min or until crust is golden.
