Ingredients
- 2 # Carrots - Cooked Crisp
- 3/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1 cup or little less Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 3/4 cup Oil
- 1 Onion sliced thin
- 1 Green Pepper can in strips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and pour over cooked Carrots.
Let marinate in frig. for a day or so. Or can be eaten right away warm.
Keeps for weeks in refrigerator
