Ingredients
- 6 oz linguine or lo mein noodles
- 8 oz pork tenderloin, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 c sliced bok choy
- 3/4 c water
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 t sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Add bok choy and cook for another 3 minutes, until pork is done and bok choy is crisp tender.
Add water, orange juice, remaining soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper flakes. Bring mixture to boil.
Add cooked noodles and stir until mixed well. Remove from heat and gently stir in oranges.
